Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEBs) and retrofitting are methods of construction that offer faster, more efficient alternatives to traditional brick-and-mortar buildings. PEBs involve assembling steel structures that are manufactured in advance, while retrofitting refers to adding or improving insulation, wall panels, or roofs on existing structures to enhance their performance.

PUF (Polyurethane Foam) wall cladding & roofing plays a critical role in these setups, providing durable, insulated layers that protect buildings from external factors like weather, temperature fluctuations, and more. These PUF panels offer excellent thermal insulation, which makes it a preferred choice not only in large cold storage plant facilities such as Holding Room, Pre-Cooling room, Cold storage room, Pack house, Ante-room, but also pharmaceutical industries, and a wide range of construction applications, including warehouses, industrial complexes, commercial buildings, and more.

PUF wall cladding panels consist of a high-density Polyurethane Foam (PUF) core sandwiched between two metal skins, typically made from pre-painted galvanized iron (PPGI/PPGL). There is a ridged profiling on the metal skin which not only adds structural integrity but also offers an aesthetic appeal.

Advantages of PUF Wall Cladding and Roofing

Energy Efficiency: With low thermal conductivity, PUF panels maintain stable indoor temperatures, cutting down on heating and cooling costs.

Structural Integrity: The tongue-and-groove interlocking system ensures secure joints, while the CAM lock mechanism further strengthens the panel connections.

Cost-Effectiveness: When compared to traditional brick-and-mortar construction, PUF cladding is not only faster to install but also more economical in the long run. Reduced energy costs and low maintenance further add to its cost benefits.

Lightweight: These panels are lighter than conventional construction materials, leading to quicker installation and less load on the structure.
